16th Waseda Shibuya Senior High School Festival

The 16th Waseda Shibuya Senior High School Festival, or Seiransai, is here!Held annually, students participate by organising activities such as tea ceremonies, festival games and band performances. There is even an opportunity for you to take your photo while dressed up in a Japanese high school uniform!
